Claire has been available on the market for over 25 years where it was formerly brought in from Rwanda. Claire is a brand that Nile Cosmetics has secured under license from Pearl Industries (UK). Part of the license agreement consists of directives relative to the quality of the raw materials used in production. The people of Uganda can feel safe in knowing that all raw materials are of the highest quality normally imported directly from Europe.
Claire Tube
The skin lightening cream is Claire's most famous product. Previously, it was made using 2% Hydroquinone, however, Hydroquinone has since been banned in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. In view of this, Nile Cosmetics approached Pearl Industries (UK) to request that a new, better formulation be derived. Our wish was granted. The new formula is completely safe, works effectively.
Many people are using products including hormones such as Clobestasol Proportionate, Fluocinonide. These are steroids and a side effect is skin lightening. However, there can be serious side effects including damage to skin after prolonged use, and in some cases death.
Claire products are safe, and even have an inbuilt resistance to the sun's rays to protect the skin while using the product.

Claire Powder
There are many Talcum powders available on the market, however, Claire powder stands apart as it uses the finest grain possible. Bigen A Hair Dye
The second major license that Nile Cosmetics has obtained is for Bigen permanent black powder hair dye Japan. The secret formula has been derived over 100 years ago;
Unlike other dyes, Bigen is permanent. Fake products, such as Bigen 59, coming from Pakistan only coats the hair, so it will eventually wash out;
Bigen A, from Nile Cosmetics, is the original dye. The dye is permanent and will not come out with washing.
The best way to check the quality of the dye is to make sure that the colour of the powder is grey in the bottle. If the powder is black, that means that it has been spoilt due to moisture or that it is only colouring, therefore it will only coat the hair.
